At a recent press conference at Twickenham, I caught up with London Wasps and Samoan International flanker, Dan Leo. Born in South Auckland, New Zealand and of Samoan heritage, Dan has 12 international caps to his name, as well as 3 caps representing the Pacific Islands; at the age of 18 Dan moved to Australia and joined Sunnybank Rugby Club in Brisbane and was signed to the Super 14 team, Queensland Reds. The distinctive young gentle giant with a cheeky grin and the most unbelievable mane gave RFTG - Men In Shorts a brief snippet into his life and loves before being rapidly ushered back to Acton by his media team, but has definitely left us waiting for the time when he has a leisurely hour or two to let us delve a bit deeper.
