Experiencing login problems?

RFTG uses encryption software on its server which can cause some problems for those trying to login. This is as much for your security as ours and we ask your patience when encountering them.

1. Login - returns back to page with no login details showing.
    Your login has probably been accepted and you will be able to navigate around the site. The security syetm recognises www.rftguk.co.uk not rftguk.co.uk during the login process. So please make sure that the web address includes the www at the beginning.

2. Username or Password not accepted or recognised
    When you registered you will have received a conifrmation email with your details confirmed including your username and password. Very rarely the system will change an entry for security reasons, except in the case of duplicates. Please check your email before logging in.
    If you have forgotten your username or password the site includes a reminder system for lost passwords.
    If that fails, send us a message and we will issue a new password which you can change to something you will remember the next time you log in.
