SUBSCRIPTION AREAS
Some areas of the Rugby for the Girls websites are only accessible to subscribers ("Subscription Areas").
You should visit the Join the Gang area of the website for more details about access, subscription costs, cancelling your subscription and registration.
Except as set below, the same terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to the Subscription Areas as apply to all other parts of RFTG's web sites. The information set out in the Join the Gang section of the website is also incorporated into these terms and conditions.
COSTS
The cost of access to the Subscription Areas is set out in the pages where you can subscribe. Rugby for the Girls will notify you of any increases in the cost of your subscription to the Subscription Areas by email. Subscriptions are paid yearly in advance.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may cancel your subscription at any time and ask for your details to be removed from our records. There will be no refund of subscription fees.
SECURITY
When you are buying services over the Internet, you need to be assured that your details will be safe from prying eyes and misuse.
Rugby for the Girls is well aware of these issues and it is important that you are too and that you are confident that every effort has been made to protect you.
Any information being passed over the internet, whether credit card details, names, addresses, phone numbers or other sensitive information, is encrypted to the highest industry standard so that no one can read or obtain your details for fraudulent means. All information is held by SecPay who will be responsible for debiting the correct amount from your card.
PAYMENT
You can pay using one of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta.
You can choose to pay on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis but in each case we take payment in advance.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency.
FORMATION OF CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and Rugby for the Girls to make the Subscription Areas available to you unless and until you have submitted your payment details to SecPay and they have confirmed to us that your account has been debited. There will be a legally binding contract between us and you will be able to access the subscription areas.
You confirm you are over 18 years of age and if you are ordering any service on behalf of a company or partnership that you have the necessary authority to do so.
Rugby for the Girls reserves the right to change prices listed without notice and also reserves the right to decline to make the Subscription Areas available to any individual, company or other entity.

 

RFTG Merchandise
By placing an order with the RFTG (“us”) you agree to purchase the items in your kitbag (“the goods”) on the following terms and conditions. The terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please print and retain a copy of your order and these terms and conditions for your records once you have submitted your order.
Your Order
We must receive full details of your debit/ credit card with your order for the goods. On receipt of your order and subject to availability of the goods, we will debit your debit/credit card for the price. We will not debit your card until such time as the goods are ready to be despatched. Once we have received payment from you we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. We will also notify you by email when the goods have been despatched.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Price
The prices payable for the goods you order are the prices set out on our website in pounds sterling on the date of your order. Our prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any delivery charge. In addition to the price, you are required to pay any applicable delivery charge set out on our website.
Goods
All goods promoted for sale by us are of satisfactory quality and conform with the description on our website. We reserve the right to make any changes in the descriptions necessary to comply with legal requirements or changes in the product specification. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of the goods from the colour shown on the website caused by your browser software or computer system.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order in writing at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following receipt of your order. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay a penalty.
This right does not apply to goods which have been personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software which you have unsealed; items such as earrings/underwear that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene; and periodicals and magazines.
If you cancel your order after you have received the goods or after the goods have been despatched by us, you must return the goods (in the condition in which they were delivered to you) to our contact address at your own cost as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract and as long as the goods in question are returned and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, we will credit your debit/credit card with any sum debited from your debit/credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
Delivery
Where the goods are in stock on receipt of your order we will deliver within 30 days of your order. Otherwise, we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible after we have received them and once we have accepted your order. Any dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery times only. Delivery shall be made either by post or by courier to the delivery address notified to us on your order form. Deliveries made by courier will need to be signed for and it is your responsibility to provide an address where delivery can be made. Delivery details cannot be changed after you have placed your order.
You will become the owner of the goods on delivery (unless you cancel your order under Section 4) and once the goods have been delivered they shall be held at your risk.
BFPO addresses are charged at the standard UK rates and are sent via the Forces Internal Mail service. Once the goods have been delivered to the BFPO, we cannot accept responsibility for the items and risk in the goods passes to you.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect or consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver, except where the same results from our negligence.
Notification of Changes
We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the website. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without prior notice.

As we are a UK company, all charges shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom. Whilst we will consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that our website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

 

Import and Local Taxes
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
If goods have been despatched as ordered but are unwanted you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the price or to be exchanged for goods of equivalent value (at our option) provided that you return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition. In these circumstances, we do not refund any delivery charges paid by you or the costs of return.

 

If the goods have not been delivered to you within 14 days of our giving notice of despatch to you, you must notify us so that we can make good the non-delivery. We are not responsible for non-delivery unless notified.
If the goods delivered to you are not the goods ordered or are damaged or defective, you must return the goods delivered to us (at our cost) within 14 days of receipt. We will either (at your option) replace any goods or refund you the price (including any delivery charge paid by you and any postage costs incurred by you in returning the goods).
Please note that we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and we therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
• we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
• we do not deliver to your area; or
• one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will credit to your account any sum debited from your credit card in respect of the relevant goods as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of accepting your order.

What information do we need?
1 To provide the services you want, we need to know your interests. We find out by asking you, by reading your comments and by looking at which are the most popular areas of the site.
